Creamy, energising and with a luscious tiramisu flavour!
I discovered overnight oats when I used to commute to work. I had this 1 hour trip to get there going by the childminder’s to leave the kids, which meant we had to leave the house really early in the morning and breakfast was a no-go. The kids were fine, they had breakfast at childcare, but I always struggled to find something suitable. Overnight oats became my go-to at least once a week and I liked to experiment with flavours.
This one is possibly not so much to the taste of little ones, but perfect for mum and dad’s breakfast!
