Tahini is a great source of healthy fats, antioxidants, and many vitamins and minerals. It can help lower cholesterol and is an easy addition to add to many sauces, hummus, and in this case, overnight oats!


Overnight oats is a great breakfast option and if you get bored of normal, traditional breakfast oats then try my maple tahini overnight oats. It's just the right amount of sweetness! Plus the tahini makes oats a little creamier, tahini + maple syrup can sometimes be used as a vegan caramel too so don't let the name scare you!

Ingredients
Maple Tahini Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk or milk substitute
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
Maple Tahini Overnight Oats
In a mason jar, add all ingredients
Cover mason jar with a lid sealed on and shake well
Place in fridge overnight
