There's nothing quite like the zesty burst of lemon in a dessert to brighten up your day, and I've found the perfect, fuss-free recipe that does just that.

Why You'll Love This Pie

This pie is a dream for those of you who love to whip up something delicious without spending hours in the kitchen (basically on of my life goals).

The simplicity of the ingredients - cream cheese for that velvety texture, condensed milk for sweetness, and lemon juice for a tangy kick, all nestled in a crunchy graham cracker crust - creates a dessert that's both indulgent and refreshing.

Perfect for Any Occasion

Whether it's a family gathering, a summer barbecue, or just to fill my lemon pie craving, this no-bake lemon pie is bound to be a hit.

My Personal Twist

I love adding a personal touch to recipes so if I'm feeling fancy I'll sometimes sprinkle a bit of lemon zest into the filling for an extra lemony zing or garnish the top with whipped cream and thin lemon slices for an impressive presentation.

So, there you have it - a delightful, no-bake lemon pie that wins compliments every time.

Give it a try and let the flavors transport you to lemon heaven. Don't forget to share your experience and maybe your twist on this recipe in the comments below!

This was my grandmother’s lemon ice-box pie recipe. My favorite pie of all time!

I mixed everything together as you have it written in the recipe. When I was finished combining that I divided the batter in half 1/2 I put a half a teaspoon of vanilla in one half and mix it all back. Both are good but I like that tiny touch of vanilla. Thank you for sharing.
