Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 oz. ginger root
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder
Instructions

In a blender or juicer, squeeze the juice from lemons and oranges. Add the peeled and chopped ginger. Sprinkle in turmeric, black pepper, and cayenne.
Drizzle in raw honey and pour coconut water. For a collagen kick, add a scoop of collagen powder. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more coconut water.
If you prefer a smoother shot, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
