Frozen Yogurt Bites

No baking required for this healthy snack! You only need a few ingredients and a freezer! Any flavor of yogurt should work, but I like using vanilla Greek yogurt the best. All you have to do is combine the yogurt with some cream cheese and honey and top with granola if desired, then pop them in the freezer for a couple hours. My homemade granola recipe is on my profile if you are interested in making it! You can also just eat them plain, or use store bought granola, chocolate chips, berries, nuts, or whatever you would like! Store them in the freezer for a quick grab and go snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Granola (optional)
Instructions

Whisk together yogurt, cream cheese and honey.
Use a cookie scoop to spoon yogurt mixture into a mini muffin tin.
Top with granola.
Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.

    This sounds really good. I like yogurt, cream cheese and honey. Should work for me.
