Easy Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Pie With Graham Cracker Crust

8 slices
4 hr 20 min

This strawberry frozen yogurt pie is made with simple ingredients, like creamy Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries and a homemade graham cracker crust. It’s the perfect frozen treat for the summer!

As the weather warms, I find myself gravitating to everything cool and refreshing. And while I’m a sucker for nice, warm desserts like brownies, frozen desserts really hit the spot in the summer months. A little froyo mixed with fresh strawberries, sitting atop a soft graham cracker crust makes this pie the perfect cool treat!

This frozen yogurt pie is really easy to make, and what’s even better is that you can make it to your liking! Easily swap out regular Greek yogurt for a dairy-free alternative like coconut yogurt! If your’e running super low on time, you can use Cool Whip and a pre-made graham cracker crust. Swap out the strawberries for raspberries, blueberries or whatever type of fruit you desire. Again, super versatile!

TIPS FOR MAKING STRAWBERRY FROYO PIE

  • The key to a delicious graham cracker crust is to grind the crackers into a fine powder, then blending with brown sugar and melted butter. It gives the crust a nice cookie-like texture.
  • When making homemade whipped cream, chill the bowl for 30 minutes to 1 hour before to make it easier.
  • Chop the strawberries into small pieces to ensure that you get a piece in every bite.
  • A spring form pan is the best option when making this pie, but you can easily use a cake pan, pie pan or even a casserole dish.
