Start by whipping together your cream cheese and Cool Whip using a hand mixer in a large bowl or a stand mixer.
Once smooth and combined, add in your heavy cream, extract, and carrot cake mix.
Mix on high until well combined and smooth.
Place cake batter dip in a serving dish and top with coconut flakes and pecans.
Place the dip in a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
