Date-Chocolate Fudge Bites, These gooey chocolate fudge bites are so nutritious and tastes just like the real chocolate fudge (full of sugar and butter). But these healthy chocolate fudge bites are super easy to make, no bake and full of healthy ingredients like date and mixed nuts. These Fudge Bites are perfect for healthy snack option or you can even gift these chocolate bites to your friends and family.

These date bites will be perfect snack option for kids as well . It is full of antioxidants rich date and vitamin-rich nuts and have their favorite chocolate flavor. Here i used raisins and almonds, But you can always add mixed nuts of your choice or any one nut you prefer. You can even mix-in some seeds of your choice too.

My daughter doesn't like to eat date, but she happily ate this pretty looking chocolate bites. Even asked for more....😋😍The fudge is made without any sugar and I just drizzled some white chocolate and sprinkles to make them more appetizing and fun for my kid. You can totally skip it and top with some nuts , coconut flakes or cocoa powder.👍👍

I spread the mixture into a rectangular container and cut into tiny rectangle. You can always simply roll small balls and coat them with some coconut flakes or crushed nuts and enjoy!

First thing to do is add the mixed nuts in a food processor. And blend until you get small chunks. Keep it aside.
Now in the food processor add the almonds. And blend until you get tiny chunks/fine powder.
Then add the Dates, Almond butter, Cocoa powder with Vanilla extract and blend well.
Give it a taste , Add some honey if needed. I added a tablespoon of honey.
After adding honey blend well. Once everything is combined well, add the prepared mixture in to a container/ baking-tray lined with parchment paper.
I used 7x5x2 inch container . you can use any baking tray or container. Or just roll small balls and roll them into some coconut flakes or crushed nuts.
Spread the mixture evenly into a baking tray and allow it to set in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into desired shapes. You can enjoy them as it is or drizzle some white chocolate on top.
I also added some sprinkles on top to make it more fun and appetizing for my kid.
