This mango shake is a popular Indian summer drink that combines fresh mangos with milk. You can use fresh ripe mangos or frozen to save you time. Canned mango pulp works too.

Ingredients
Ingredients for Milkshake
  • 2 mangoes – alphonso mangoes 
  • 2 tablespoons honey – optional
  • ¾ cup milk 
  • ¾ cup water 
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes – optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cashews almonds, pistachios to garnish
Instructions
The Making...
Rinse and pat dry the mangoes.
Peel and chop them. Add chopped mangoes in a blender jar.
Add milk and the ice cubes
Blend to a smooth consistency. Check the consistency and if you find the shake too thick, add some milk and blend again.
Refrigerate for 10-15 min and serve
Garnish with chopped cashews almonds, pistachios
TIP -Add Vanilla Ice-cream while blending for smooth taste

  • Add Vanilla Ice-cream for creamy flavour
