Air Fried Sweet Potatoes

3 Servings

These air fried sweet potatoes are a favorite side dish in my household. I make them at least once a week! Sweet potatoes pair so well with many different dishes. I like to make them for breakfast with eggs and bacon, for lunch with chicken and broccoli, and for supper with steak and asparagus. You can also add them to salads, rice bowls, or even tacos. The key to making them a little crispy is to soak them in water to remove excess starch, drain, dry, season and air fry them. I’ve officially found the best seasoning combination so I have to share. Enjoy!
