Like I said earlier, preparing these donuts is a cakewalk. But, doing this in a slightly tricky manner, so you need to follow the outline properly.

- Four cups of all-purpose flour
- Two and a half teaspoons of active dry yeast
- One tablespoon of granulated sugar
- Just a pinch of salt
- One-fourth cup of softened butter
- One large egg
- A cup of whole milk
First thing to note, when preparing mini donuts, you need to make the dough first! So, take a large mixing bowl, and mix your flour, yeast, sugar, salt, egg, butter, and milk. Mix it all up nicely!

Homemade Fried Mini Donuts Recipe
- 4 Cups All purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Cup Softened butter
- 1 Large egg
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- In a large mixing bowl mix the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg and whole milk.
- Mix until soft dough is formed and let it rise for about 1 hour at room temperature.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces.
- Form the donuts or braid them as desired.
- Fry them into very hot oil warmed on medium temperature.
- Coat the fried donuts with cinnamon sugar and serve to enjoy.
