Ingredients

Frozen pineapple: It's easy to make this pineapple smoothie year-round thanks to the use of frozen pineapple chunks, which can be found in the frozen section of most grocery stores. If you prefer using fresh, you can cut a fresh pineapple and store the chunks in the freezer until frozen.

Ice: This lends additional creamy texture and hydration.

Milk: Oat milk makes the perfect plant-based milk option for this smoothie recipe, but almond milk and coconut milk (makes it piña colada like!) also make excellent choices. If not on a dairy-free or vegan diet, you can use regular whole milk, if you prefer!

Yogurt: I love to use plant-based cashew milk yogurt in this recipe, but coconut yogurt works well for another vegan option. If you are not dairy-free, Greek yogurt works beautifully!

Vanilla: This is my secret ingredient! Vanilla extract adds that beautiful vanilla flavor tone that helps tie all the tropical flavors together.
