Chimuchurri is a very popular sauce in Argentina, typically served with grilled meats. It is made with just a handful of tasty ingredients:

  • parsley
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • olive oil
  • crushed pepper
  • salt +pepper

Some recipes will add roasted red pepper to an extra tasty layer of flavor.

Once you try this recipe, I promise you will be a staple for your next BBQ or grilling feast. The mix of the parsley, garlic and olive oil makes a velvety mix and the red wine vinegar adds a special twist of tanginess.

  • 1 cup of chopped parsley 
  • 2 tsp of oregano 
  • 4 cloves of garlic 
  • 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar 
  • 1/4 tsp of crushed pepper 
  • Salt + pepper to taste 
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil 
  • 3 tbsp of avocado oil 

Combine all the ingredients together. First, in a large air tight container add the chopped parsley
Then add, chopped garlic and oregano
Then, add crushed pepper , salt and pepper
Mix in the red wine and extra virgin olive oil
Stir and let it sit for at least 2 hours before serving so all the flavors combine.
