This chimichurri sauce goes so well with grilled meats that it’s quite popular during the summer. But, you can easily serve it with your favorite grilled chicken or steak recipe that you cook indoors.

This sauce is blended so that it’s smooth. But, if you want to, you can easily add a few small chunks of avocado right before you serve it to give it a bit of texture. 

You can either spoon it on top of the meat you’re serving it with. Or, you can serve it on the side in a small bowl. It’s a great way to add flavor to almost any recipe.
