This is a super easy and low carb wrap idea if you want to keep your carb intake low or simply want to sneak some more veggies into the kids meals.

This 2 ingredients dough idea is perfect as base to go creative with lots of different toppings for a quick healthy meal or snack.

With only a few simple toppings (tomato sauce, olives, cheese) you can also turn these broccoli wraps into delicious green pizzas. It’s your choice! My kids absolutely loved them and I’m sure you will enjoy them too.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 broccoli head (about 4.2 ounces or 120 grams)
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions

Finely chop the broccoli by adding it to a blender.
Transfer the chopped broccoli to a bowl and mix it with 1 egg.
Create wraps with some of the broccoli mixture.
Bake the wraps at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes or until the edges turn slightly darker in color.
These wraps are light, delicious, and super bendable! They pair well with any topping. In this recipe, they are served with cottage cheese, pan-fried mushrooms, and pine nuts
