You can even make it diary free with almond milk or coconut milk. Use monk fruit for a no refined sugar drink.

If you haven't had a dalgona coffee, it's a whipped coffee mixture that resembles almost a whipped cream with coffee. You put that on top of iced milk. When the whipped coffee melts, it flavors the milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free flavored syrup or coconut sugar or monk fruit
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 6 ounces milk, almond milk, or coconut milk
  • Ice cubes
Instructions

Whisk together instant coffee, flavored syrup or sugar substitute, and hot water. Whip until it looks like whipped cream and peaks form.
Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Pour milk choice over the ice.
Divide the whipped coffee evenly and place on top of the milk in each glass. Enjoy!
Tips
  • Increase water to 2 tablespoons if using coconut sugar or monk fruit.
