The Best Ahi Tuna Recipe

2 Pieces

One of my favorite meals is Rare Ahi Tuna. I crave this dish from my favorite restaurant but it’s so expensive. It’s served with an Asian slaw and wasabi mash potatoes which really add to the flavor. I recently ran across a hand written recipe for a Tuna Marinate and I decided to give it a try. In addition, I’ve been perfecting the sides as well.

Here is the marinate recipe for The Best Seared Rare Ahi Tuna

Marinate for 1-2 hours prior to searing.

Oops I forgot to drizzle with balsamic glaze. But it still makes a pretty plate.

Tips

  • Recipe is easily doubled or tripled to cover more tuna steaks.
  • Be sure to link to my side dishes at the top of this recipe. The wasabi mashed potatoes and Asian slaw really compliment this dish.
