Hubby and I whipped up the yummiest dessert recipe the other night and it was too easy and good to not share! If you've ever had a s'more, and come on everyone has had one, you will love this! This is the perfect easy dessert for a party or cookout and will serve many people! We've been using our pellet grill for so much lately, and what most people don't know about using them, is you can essentially bake in them. Many dishes we would typically make in the oven, we are now grilling. The same goes with this s'mores dip!

All you need for this is a grill, preferably a pellet grill, a cast iron pan, and s'more ingredients!

Ingredients

Marshmallows

Chocolate Bars

Reese's Cups

Graham Crackers

Materials

12" Lodge Cast Iron Pan

Weber Smokefire EX6 Pellet Grill

Step One: Layer the Chocolate

Starting with your cast iron skillet, layer your chocolate pieces, covering the bottom. You can use whatever chocolate you like! We chose to do half and half. Half chocolate bar and half reese's pieces. This was our first time trying this dish out, and we wanted to test out a few different options and see what we liked best! If I were to do this again, I'd recommend using a thicker chocolate bar, such as the Symphony ones you find in the candy aisle.

Step Two: Cover with Marshmallows

Once you've filled the bottom of your cast iron with chocolate, go ahead and cover the entire top with marshmallows. We picked up the square marshmallow because they layer better. Make sure to cover the entire top with your marshmallows. Now you're ready to grill!

Step Three: Grill Your S'mores Dip

Like I said, we used a pellet grill for this. Specifically we have the Weber Smokefire EX 6. We preaheated our grill to 450 degrees and placed our s'mores skillet inside. It took about 15 minutes for us to bake it. Pull your dip out when the marshmallows have turned a golden brown and puffed up, filling the skillet. You will want to let this cool for a while, as it will be piping hot!

Use whatever you'd like to dip in your s'mores dip! We just used the typical graham cracker to try it out! It was delicious, and we found that mixing up the entire dip worked best! This was seriously such an easy dessert recipe and would be perfect for a large group!
