Make the Most of Summer With a S'mores Snackle Box

Snackle boxes are basically snacks served in a tackle box. This sweet upgrade is filled with everything you need to make s'mores and take on the go or just simply enjoy it at home in an extra fun way. This fun serving method is really joyful and will be memorable to all you serve it with. In case you missed it, I loaded sandwich fixings into the same tackle box recently too. Now, let's walk through what you need to make one and how to make it.

WHAT TO PUT IN A SMORE'S SNACK BOX

Want to make this snackle box with smore's ingredients? Here is a list of treats and items that you can add to your yummy snack box. You can mix and match and make a unique s’mores snackle box each time. Have fun with it. Use what you have on hand, too.

First up, you will need a tackle or craft box of some kind. I used this supply tackle box here. It's pretty plain, but does the job.

Here are some thought-starters.

CHOCOLATE - pack up all of your favorite chocolate bars from milk to dark. For a bit of a mash-up, I added raspberry dark chocolate and toffee milk chocolate. So good. You can also add fun twists such as peanut butter cups, too.

MARSHMALLOWS - there are so many different kinds to choose from now. I loved adding flat vanilla marshmallows and pretty pink striped marshmallows for a bit of cuteness, too. Some mini marshmallows were tossed in just because I thought they looked cute. Yes… that’s something I do regularly here at Cutefetti. 😅

GRAHAM CRACKERS/COOKIES - you can't forget to pack up the graham crackers. I loved adding honey and cinnamon varieties. You can also add a variety of cookies. My favorites are striped fudge and chocolate covered grahams. So yummy and maybe a bit extra messy so don't forget to add napkins.

The smore's snackle box ingredients were actually inspired off this smore's charcuterie board that I made. I just loved the unique twist of colors used so much. One main difference is the lack of chocolate graham crackers. I couldn't find them anywhere but they make such a fun add-on if you can get your hands on some.

SWEET SPREADS - if you want to upgrade your kit, be sure to add some sweets spread such as Nutella and peanut butter. You can find single serve items at the stores nowadays. You can also just spoon some into a little containers if you like. if you go this route, be sure to pack up some knives or spoons so that you can spread it.

S’MORES EXTRAS - if you want to take care of cat over the top, include a variety of Sprinkles and EXTRA Candies.

SMORE'S ACCESSORIES - if you want to make your s’mores kits complete there are a handful of things you can add to make that happen.

Here are some ideas:

• Portable Fire Pit - I added my own label to make it cute using Canva. You can access my template here if you like.
• Lighter - well…to light your portable fire pit if needed.
• Small paper plates like these pink camp themed plates, napkins and wet napkins. S’mores are unbelievably messy, so be sure to plan for that with the necessary supplies.
• S’mores sticks for roasting the marshmallows.
• As a final touch, I added a bow using various scrap trim.

Layer in all of the ingredients into your clean tackle box.

If taking kit on-the-go, be sure to wrap ingredients up so they don't go slate. Plastic baggies are perfect to get the job done.

You may want to store marshmallows and chocolates in a cooler as they will easily melt and make a mess.
