Keto Pepperoni Cheese Chips Ingredients

This 2 ingredient recipe might be the shortest recipe on the blog! This quick keto snack will make following a ketogenic diet easier when you get hungry in the middle of the day and are searching for a snack.

Cheese: For this recipe, I used my favorite: shredded cheddar cheese. However, you can use your cheese of preference like colby jack, swiss, asiago, etc.

Pepperoni: I used Hormel Pepperoni’s from Kroger. You can use whichever pepperoni you choose, but I find that thinner pepperoni slices make for a crispier chip!

How to make a Keto Pepperoni Cheese Chips

Preheat your oven. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet. Once you have started preheating the oven, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add cheese. Grab your cheese and add a small amount of cheese to the parchment-lined baking sheet, making a round shape, about 1-1 ½ inch in diameter.

Place your pepperoni. Once you have your piles of cheese, place a slice of pepperoni onto each pile.

Bake. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is lightly golden.

Remove and cool. Remove from oven, and place on a cooling rack. Cool for about 5-10 minutes.

Transfer to a paper towel. Once cooled your chips have cooled, transfer them to a paper towel. This will help absorb some of the grease from the cheese.

Store. If you are not serving them right away, store pepperoni chips in an airtight container for up to one week at room temperature.

Pro-Tip: You can make these even easier by using your microwave! Line a plate with parchment paper and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, making sure to watch it closely for burning. For crispier keto pepperoni cheese chips, use the oven.
