These birthday cake protein bars are super simple to make & do not require any baking! They taste just like cake batter, but without the unhealthy ingredients.

These protein bars take less than 10 minutes to make, and require no time in the oven! They also don't contain any refined sugars, so you don't have to worry about experiencing any sugar crashes!

If you don't have tahini, you can substitute this ingredient for peanut butter or almond butter!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of protein powder
  • 3/4 cup of oat flour
  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp of sprinkles
Instructions

Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until combined.
Press the dough into a parchment lined bread pan.
*Optional* - top the bars with melted white chocolate and sprinkles.
Place the bars in the fridge or freezer for 5-10 minutes until hard.
Tips
  • If you don't have tahini, you can use peanut butter or almond butter.
