An amazing Birthday Cake Protein Cookie Dough made with oat flour and protein powder, and no sugar. The perfect funfetti cake batter protein cookie dough to satisfy cravings and be healthy; Gluten free, Dairy free and Vegan too!

I got ProteinWorld’s new Birthday Cake flavor a while ago and completely forgot to make a relevant recipe coz I didn’t have any sprinkles on me.

Finally got my hands on some, but no cake pans to make an actual cake.

So here’s my quick hack to eat cake batter as an edible sprinkle cookie dough with a protein bump.

It’s a recipe for one, but I’d recommend double (or triple or 10x?) if there’s going to be people.

How do you make cake batter safe to eat?

Since regular cake batter has eggs and raw flour and is not safe to eat, so this birthday cake flavored edible cookie dough is the perfectly replacement. Complete with the sprinkles, and a slightly runny consistency so you can have it with a spoon like eating the actual batter, but still sugar free with the protein powder.

Ingredients for Single Serve Birthday Cake Protein Cookie Dough

A few simple and healthy ingredients here for this high protein edible birthday cake cookie dough without sugar; All pantry staples if you’re eating clean and healthy on the regular.

  • Oat Flour – You can make your own by blending rolled oats in a high speed blender
  • Vanilla Protein Powder for high protein cookie dough, and also replace some of the sweetener.
  • I used ProteinWorld Birthday Bake Slender Blend but the vanilla or ProteinWorld Whey are great options too. Code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount on both.
  • A third alternative would be Quest.
  • Unflavored Collagen Peptides for an extra high protein edible cookie dough recipe. I use the one from Further Foods (HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount)
  • A bit of Coconut Flour
  • 1:1 Zero Calorie Sugar Substitute – I use Lakanto, to keep this recipe sugar free; (code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount here too)
  • A bit of Cashew Butter
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk or another non dairy or regular milk
  • Rainbow Sprinkles

If your protein powder is not sweet enough, you might need some more ‘sugar’, or use stevia sweetener instead.
