Strawberry-Citrus Flax Smoothie

2 Servings
10 min

Wow, it sure is hot out there! So I thought it would be a good idea to share a smoothie recipe! This Strawberry-Citrus Flax Smoothie is a healthy, refreshing way to start your day, and it also makes a healthy snack—blend one up whenever you’re craving something cool and creamy (like ice cream or a shake), but would prefer to have something healthy.

If you’re not a fan of flaxseed, just leave that out. I like using it myself because it’s such a healthy add-in, and you really can’t tell there’s flaxseed in this smoothie—the other ingredients do a nice job of disguising it!
