Let’s RISE and SHINE! This protein shake will fuel you and power you up during the morning to start your day right!

This delicious and refreshing protein shake is packed with antioxidants from the blueberries, Vitamin C from the pineapple snd acerola puree, is plant based, organic, & dairy free. All you need to kick off any day right and fuel after workout.

One of my favorite vanilla protein powders is @KOS.. .just the BEST i plant based, organic with very clean ingredients and it is Whole 30 approved.

To easy to make, just blend all the ingredient together and you have a delicious, refreshing protein shake.

I am inspired by Team Body Project to nurture my body and soul, to build a connection with my body and movement and dedicate at least 20 - 30 minute for self care... either walking, exercise, yoga or DANCE!

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of organic coconut water
  • 4 scoops of @kos vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup Of frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 TBSP of chia seed
  • 1/2 tsp of flax seed meal
  • 1/2 pouch of acerola purée

As simple as placing all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour and enjoy!
