Sticky vegies is a fantastic side dish for any meal. It's great on top of a bed of white rice and also works well for meal prep as it freezes and reheats great. This dish is super practical because I can whip it up with a moments notice, using frozen cauliflower and broccoli from the freezer. I love that this dish can be ready to eat in no time, and I can count on the fact that it will always taste good. The sauce is delicious and always a crowd pleaser for any occasion - whether it's a small side dish for a dinner party or the main event for a mid-week meal, this dish always shines (literally! The sauce is so shimmery it just draws you in).
