No Bake PB & Jelly Bites

These delicious bites are a great on the go snack or sweet treatand require no baking whatsoever. All you need to do is combine your ingredients in a bowl, then shape them. I made mini footballs for football party, but you can go with the original sphere shape, squares, hearts, or any shape you desire!

This recipe is very versatile in the sense that you can substitute any type of nut butter, jam, or chocolate. I like to add chia seeds, hemp hearts, and flax seeds, but this is entirely optional. Feel free to add dried fruits as well.

  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter of choice
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (sugar free or regular)
  • 1/4 cup raspberry or strawberry jam (sugar free or regular)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate to melt

Mix all ingredients except for the chocolate in a bowl
Roll them into balls or shapes of your choice (tip - put a neutral oil on your hands to prevent sticking)
Line a plate or tray with parchment paper and place the bites on it once shaped
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, 20 seconds at a time stirring each time
Drizzle over the oat bites
Place in the fridge to set or enjoy right away!
  • If consistency is too sticky, add more rolled oats. Alternatively, add chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp hearts, or protein powder.
