If you're anything like me, you're always on the lookout for quick and delicious recipes that can satisfy your sweet tooth. Well, this no-bake peanut butter fudge might be the only one you'll ever need.

Let's start with the basics, because ain't nobody got time for complicated recipes, right? This creamy treat that tastes like a fancy French dessert doesn't require any baking! No oven, no problem (and no heat!).

All you need is a handful of pantry staples. Peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and butter, and you probably already have these all on your cupboard! Mix, blend, and there you have it. It's actually as easy as it sounds.

What's great about this recipe is that it's so versatile. This peanut butter fudge can turn into almost anything! If you're feeling gutsy, you can throw in some crushed pretzels, chocolate chips, nuts, or (almost) anything you have in mind! The possibilities are endless. If you want to take this to the next level, you can even layer this with chocolate fudge.

Check out my recipe for chocolate fudge:

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of chocolate chips (go for the semi-sweet)
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans) - optional

Instructions:

  • Grab an 8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

Leave some paper hanging over the edges; it'll make your life easier later.

  • In a saucepan (medium-sized), toss in the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat it up on low and stir until the chocolate and butter become one smooth consistency.

  • Take the pan off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Stir it up well.

  • If you're feeling nutty, add in some chopped nuts and mix until they're combined with the chocolate.

  • Drop the mixture into your prepared pan. Use a spatula to make it nice and even. At this point you can layer with peanut butter fudge or any other fudge of your choice.

  • Pop the pan in the fridge and let the fudge chill for about 2-3 hours so it can set.

  • Once your fudge is firm, use the parchment paper handles to lift it out. Put it on a cutting board and slice it into awesome squares.

This dessert is perfect for a family gathering, last-minute craving, or just because you deserve a treat (and trust me, you do). This easy and delicious no-bake peanut butter fudge is all the sweetness without the hard work!
