To make this easy and kid-friendly meal, you will need a can of condensed cream of chicken soup, a can of corn, sour cream, shredded chicken, Ritz crackers, salt, pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese. Get the exact measurements for each item in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, the soup, salt, pepper, corn, cheese, & sour cream.
Spread the mixture into a casserole dish. Crush the sleeve Ritz crackers and sprinkle them on top of the mixture.
Bake this Ritz chicken casserole recipe for 25-30 minutes or until it is golden and bubbly. The crackers on top should be crispy and golden. Keep it warm until serving and store the leftovers (if there are any) in an airtight container.

- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 15oz can corn
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, corn, cheese, & sour cream.
- Spread into a casserole dish.
- Crush the Ritz Crackers and sprinkle them on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
