Drinking water has long been proven to be good for the body. It helps keep all of your systems from digestive to nervous regulated and properly functioning. Our bodies are made up of about 60% water so it makes sense that we need so much of it to keep healthy and regulated!

Is Lime Water Good For You?

Absolutely. Not only are you getting an added dose of hydration with this kiwi lime water you are also getting a little boost from the vitamins and minerals in the fruit itself.

Lime water can potentially aid in things like promoting consumption of healthy fluids, improving diet, aiding in digestion, reducing cancer chances with anti-oxidants, skin quality and clarity, weight loss, immune function, and can even lessen your risk of heart disease!

This lime water drink is great for all of those reasons AND you get some vitamin C too! Like all citrus fruit, limes are great for in water because they hold up well and you can give them a little muddle or a squeeze to release even more potent flavor.

How Does Kiwi Water Benefit The Body?

Wondering how kiwi adds to the party here? Never fear, you are getting a lot of added benefits from the kiwi fruit being in the mix as well.

Kiwi’s have vitamins and minerals that can help provide immune support, blood sugar regulation, energy and mood balancing effects, and an increase in metabolism. You can also consume kiwi lime water to help keep your appetite under control!
