I know it sounds crazy but blending cottage cheese, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla and protein powder together creates a creamy, sweet cookie dough.

Throw chocolate chips in and bam, you have a guilt free indulgence!

Ingredients

  • 8oz cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a medium bowl and stir in the almond flour and protein powder.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Tips
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 5-7days. You can also freeze in ice cube trays for a delicious frozen treat.
