Ingredients
For the Cajun Seasoning:
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
For the Chicken Wings:
  • 1 1/4 lb chicken wings
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
For the Ranch:
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Make the Cajun seasoning by mixing together the spices in a small bowl.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. (Don't skip this step! Its helps get the wings crispy!)
Place the chicken wings on a piece of parchment paper or a plate in a single layer.
Season with the Cajun seasoning so they are covered generously on both sides.
Then sprinkle with the cumin and smoked paprika.
Brush avocado oil on the wire rack of your air fryer.
Spread out the wings in a single layer.
Drizzle with a bit of avocado oil.
Bake wings until cooked through and skin is crispy, 25–30 minutes.
While the wings are cooking, make the ranch. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix or use a blender until smooth and creamy.
