Ingredients

  • 4 center cut pork chops
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions

Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Mix bread crumbs together in a shallow baking dish
Whisk egg and milk together in a separate shallow baking dish
Dread each pork chop in the egg and milk mixture and then the bread crumbs mixture
Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through
