Three Ingredient Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs

These Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs are so simple to make with only three ingredients, but impressive and delicious! So juicy and flavorful and effortlessly put together for a quick appetizer that everyone will enjoy. Just three ingredients are all you need and finishes in less than 20 minutes on the stovetop or simmer in a crockpot for a larger crowd and even less effort.

Ingredients:



Optional: Fresh pineapple, for garnish and toothpicks to insert garnish.

Instructions:


Add frozen meatball to a large sauce pot, then add your teriyaki sauce.

(Optionally, add to a crockpot)

Next, add the crushed pineapple to the pot.

Stir meatballs till evenly coated. Cook on high, bringing to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes (for thawed meatballs) or 15-17 mins (for frozen) stirring occasionally.


For a crockpot, cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours. (Better for larger portions)

Serve warm. Garnish with fresh pineapple, if desired.

This easy appetizer would be great for a Luau or cookout party.

  • 1 lb frozen homestyle meatballs
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • Fresh pineapple wedges, for garnish (optional)

Tips
