20 Minute Easy Keto Greek Meatballs with Veggies is the perfect low-carb dinner. It’s easy, healthy, and perfect for a busy weeknight dinner or a healthy meal prep lunch.

Have you ever had Greek Meatballs? If not, you need to try!

Greek Meatballs are also known as Keftedes. It’s a mixture of ground meat with breadcrumbs, and herbs.

My version has a twist – it includes delicious feta cheese that melts inside the meatball, giving you a delicious texture and taste in each bite!

This recipe couldn’t be easier. Once you have your ingredients, you’ll combine in a large bowl until everything is mixed together really well.

Then, you’ll transfer to the oven for a few minutes to let the middle of the meatball cook, and there you go!

I love serving these with plenty of fresh veggies and then drizzle with olive oil.

You could also serve with tzatziki sauce, a lemon herb butter, or pita. I also love garnishing with fresh herbs like rosemary or dill!

  • Ok this looks wonderful! Will be dinner on Saturday night and going to make extra for a quick meal during the week. I get home somewhere between 7:30 - 8:30 and this would be fantastic to warm up some meaty balls and slice a couple vegetables for a quick, not heavy evening meal, or in the summer when it is too hot to cook. Or for appetizer at happy hour with my bubble people too. Gives me a reason to keep tzatziki in the fridge. Also great with raw veggies. Thanks for sharing. Now I am hungry! 😁
