Chipotle Lime Salsa

So my husband LOVES salsa. In fact, for one of our first Valentine’s day together, before I was into making everything from scratch, my gift to him was finally making him some, because back then it felt like a big deal to do. Thankfully, I make salsa now on a regular basis now that I’ve developed this Chipotle Lime Salsa a few years ago. Lime is one of my absolute favorite flavors, but add some smokey chipotle too? Slam. Dunk.
If you saw the Pineapple Tomatillo Salsa I just posted, you’ll know that that was easy, but this is even easier! You truly just grab the ingredients and blend it all. It’s a very low-maintenance recipe, it’s easy to have it on hand on a regular basis!

Easy and tasty! No need to ever purchase store bought again. One recipe I have uses grilled tomatoes (I do over avocado wood), to get additional smokey flavor. Make that when having an abundance of fresh home grown tomatoes. This recipe is a keeper! Thanks for sharing. Pinned!
