A quick and easy snack idea!

I’m always down for a delicious snack idea and I'm a big PB fan so this recipe hit all the spots. Set aside 15 minutes to make these amazing peanut butter balls!


The texture in these balls all comes together through the powdered sugar and butter so I wouldn't suggest changing anything in this recipe!

You will need smooth peanut butter, vegan butter or regular, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla and melted vegan chocolate.


You don’t really need much to make this and you can easily use what you already have on hand.

You will need:



  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 tray lined with parchment paper
  • 1 hand mixer


For measuring: 1/4 tsp, 1 tsp, 1 tbsp, 1/2 cup, 1 cup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 5 tablespoons vegan/regular butter
  • 1 - 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz (340g) melted vegan chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional -for topping)
Instructions

In a bowl, add the peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Using a hand mixer, mix until combined into a thick consistency.
Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Dip each ball into melted chocolate and place back onto the tray.
Top with sea salt, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes then enjoy!
