What can I top keto chocolate mousse with?
You can make whipped cream with heavy whipping cream as a topping. If you want it sweeter, you can add an artificial powdered sweetener like a monk fruit blend.
To cut the carbs a bit more, you can use unsweetened cocoa and a sugar free sweetener in this keto chocolate mousse recipe. Try coconut cream whipped cream rather than traditional whipped cream.
You can also add one or more of these to top your keto chocolate mousse:
Sugar free chocolate chips (these are our favorite chocolate chips)
Orange zest
Shredded coconut
Whipped cream (sugar free)
You can also add powdered sweetener made with stevia to the top if you prefer.

What size did you use for the silicone molds?
I believe there is an error in your nutrition facts. 1 persimmon has 30 carbs. 3 would be 90 carbs. 6 servings would be 15 carbs per serving. That is 3X the amount you state.
