2: Mix all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl with a whisk.

    So I don't exactly see anything in this recipe that make it "healthy". I was prepared to see maybe pureed black beans, banana, mashed avocado, etc. Instead I see white sugar, butter, and white flour. You can hardly call these "healthy". Maybe slightly less harmful cookies would be better.

      I totally agree. These are pure flour with sugar, more carbs than anything else. Oh, and the eggs were omitted which are a perfect source of protein so you lose on that count too. Seems like a thinly veiled weight watchers gimmicky promo.
