You will also need a square baking pan, a donut mold
or a disposable cake pan
, to bake your cake in.
You can also serve the cake minus the cream cheese frosting, hot out of the oven, with a dollop of homemade vanilla ice cream.

Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe Using 3 Ingredients Only!
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 4 cups chocolate cookies (homemade or store-bought)- these should be fresh and crisp
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- While the oven heats up, add the 4 cups of chocolate cookies and 1 tbsp baking powder into the food processor/blender.
- Crush this mix till fine. You should end up with a chocolate cookie flour-like texture.
- To this mix add the 1 ½ cups whole milk.
- Combine well.
- Now grease your pan/mold and pour the mixture into the same.
- Place the pan/mold in the oven and bake for 20-23 minutes.
Tips
- Suppose you plan to make a frosting. Use my best cream cheese frosting recipe. Or make a simple frosting/glaze with powdered sugar and milk. Remember to ensure the frosting/glaze is thick.
- Finish this off generously with sprinkles on top!
- Tip: After the cake is baked and if you plan to frost it, place in the freezer for 30-45 min before icing the cake so that crumbs don't fall off the cake as much.Add Sprinkle

I hate to sound ignorant, but what kind of chocolate cookies. I’m sure it’s not Oreos, but I’m having a hard time thinking of a chocolate cookie for this recipe.
