Recipe FAQ's

Is frozen whipped cream like ice cream?

The texture is slightly different from traditional ice cream because it is just whipped cream. It is lighter, but just as creamy and delicious. Oh and the best part low carb and low calorie!

Is whipped cream ok for a low carb diet?

With only 1.75 grams of carbs per ¼ cup (59 mL), whipped cream can be considered keto-friendly. For this reason, many people on keto diets rely on whipped cream or heavy cream as a sugar-free coffee creamer or to make keto-friendly desserts.

How many calories are in a spoon of whipped cream?

There are 52 calories in 1 tablespoon of Whipping Cream. If you use a light whipped cream there are only 15 calories per tablespoon.
