Learn how to make cinnamon sugar apple chips in an air fryer. You can dry the apples in less than half an hour, and they make a delicious healthy snack.

Dehydrating apples can take up to 24 hours in a dehydrator or several hours in the oven, but it takes about half an hour in an air fryer. If you want directions for the oven or dehydrator, be sure to check out my how to dehydrate apples in air fryer post because I also have those directions.

You can make your apple chips with cinnamon and sugar, just cinnamon, or plain. I usually make them plain or just with cinnamon. You'll want to use parchment paper. I like this eco friendly parchment paper.

Your apple chips will last up to 5 days on the counter. Store them in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
