These easy cookies are only 4 ingredients and the fact that you can easily make any crinkle cookie recipe, your own makes these recipes very simple, easy, and fun to make.

You can ditch the flour and baking powder in Crinkle Cookie recipes. There is no need for it, all you need is your favorite box cake, oil, eggs, and powdered sugar! That’s it!

Between prep and cooking time they only take about 35 minutes from start to finish. How awesome is that! Plus, they taste amazing. They are so moist they almost melt in your mouth. I hope you enjoy making these, I sure did.

  • 1 box Betty Crocker Delights Super Moist Lemon Cake
  • 1 box Betty Crocker Delights Super Moist Strawberry Cake
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 325.
In separate large bowls add 1 cake mix, 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of oil, in each.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, to allow to firm a bit.
Remove from the fridge.
Take about a quarter-size portion of the strawberry and the same amount of lemon and roll in your hands into a ball.
Take the two balls and carefully roll together into a single ball.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the cookie sheet.
Allow to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy.
