These Salted Caramel Energy Bites look like a decadent dessert but they are actually very healthy and nutritious! They are perfect snack on the go.

They are pack-able and gives you little boost of energy while satisfying sweet tooth in a hearty way.

These salted caramel balls are made with dates, almond flour as main ingredients. I coated the balls with coconut flakes, you can use any nut powder of your choice or you can even coat them with chocolate to make them even more irresistible.

These rich and gooey salted caramel date energy balls are the best. Medjool dates are naturally sweet and provide the perfect caramel flavor in this salted caramel energy balls.

The dates aren’t just useful for their sweetness. Medjool dates are also nutrient-rich with their potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamin B6, and calcium content.

Here is the video tutorial of the recipe. If you have any queries ask me in the comments below, I would be happy to help!
