The perfect snack for all you chocolate lovers!! These are a super simple and healthy snack to make! Great for a grab and go snack, post workout treat, or a late night craving! When you get that chocolate craving, just have a couple of these energy balls and your cravings will definitely be satisfied. These are also perfect if you have a busy schedule, and are always on the go. Pop a couple of these in your bag before leaving the house in the morning. They are perfect for a quick snack or if you have a midday sweet tooth.


Allergic to peanut butter but still want to make? You can easily swap the peanut butter honey, agave, tahini or almond butter!

Ingredients
DOUGH
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup
Instructions

Combine all ingredients by hand, or in a food processor.
Roll into bite size balls.
Place in the fridge and let set for 1hr.
Enjoy!!

  • Store in the fridge for up to one week

    What would be a good substitution for the coconut? I would love to make them for my son but he absolutely will not eat coconut.

      Sorry for the late response. You could completely leave out the coconut and they would still taste great! You could also add chopped nuts instead.
