Edible Protein Oatmeal Cookie Dough (Gluten Free & Sugar Free)

A healthy Edible Protein Oatmeal Cookie Dough made with oat flour and sweetened with protein powder for a gluten free and sugar free dessert. Raw oatmeal protein cookie dough is a single serve recipe and tastes like your favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookie!

So I actually added a protein oatmeal cookie dough recipe to my todo list a while ago, but just never got around to it.

And now I was planning on going for a unique fudge recipe, but when I put up a story poll for a flavor preference, a lot of responses wanted a cookie dough.

Just used the opportunity to create a single serve edible cookie dough recipe instead and decided save to the fudge for later.

Ingredients for Edible Protein Oatmeal Cookie Dough

A few simple and healthy ingredients here for this high protein raw oatmeal dough recipe.

  • Instant Oats or Quick Oats
  • Oat Flour – You can make your own by blending rolled oats in a high speed blender
  • Chocolate Protein Powder for high protein cookie dough, and also replace some of the sweetener.
  • I used ProteinWorld Whey; The ProteinWorld Slender Blend another great option. Code HAYLSKITCHEN gets you a discount on both.
  • A third alternative would be Quest.
  • Unflavored Collagen Peptides for an extra high protein edible cookie dough recipe. I use the one from Further Foods (HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount)
  • A bit of Coconut Flour
  • 1:1 Zero Calorie Sugar Substitute – I use Lakanto, to keep this recipe sugar free; (code HAYLSKITCHEN for a discount here too)
  • A bit of Cashew Butter
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Chocolate Chips – I use sugar free regular ones from Lakanto (same discount here too). Lily’s is another good option.

If your protein powder is not sweet enough, you might need some more ‘sugar’, or use stevia sweetener instead.
