How to make red velvet cookies with a cake mix. This is an easy recipe with only four ingredients.

Cake mix cookies are easy to make because you don't have to measure the dry ingredients. Just dump the cake mix in the bowl, add the eggs, oil, and chips, and you have cookie dough!

I used Betty Crocker super moist red velvet cake mix. You can use your favorite brand. I have the directions to make this as bar cookies in my how to make red velvet cookies with cake mix post.

This recipe makes between two and three dozen cookies, depending on the size of your cookie.
