Here is a special treat that is low calorie and big taste. If you are looking for a lighter dessert to serve this Fourth of July, here it is. This recipe comes from a a friend of mine, well the basic ingredients came from my friend and https://www.eatingwell.com/ I just made a few changes.

Strawberry Chocolate Yogurt Bark

You will need to make this in advance. It needs to put it in the freezer for about 3 hours. I left it in over night to make sure it was really frozen.

Low calorie goodness

You can really dress this up any way you want to. I used Strawberries and Mini Chocolate Chips but you can use Strawberries, Bananas or Blueberries. The list can go on and on.

I make Peppermint Bark but this was the first time I made Yogurt Bark. But I will tell you, it will not be the last. Next time, I'll be using some Blueberries!
