I have a weakness for chocolate. In all its shapes and forms. Either a bar, or a cake, or ice cream, the list never ends.

I do enjoy trying different dark chocolate bars made differently (different nuts, fruits, etc.). I had an excess of cooking chocolate at home so I thought to give it a try and make my own chocolate bars, and incorporated a mix of nuts and dried fruits.

I like adding some contrast with a salty flavor, so opted for peanut butter. You can also just use salt flakes, and it will give it this kick as well.

Here's my recipe for Guilt-Free Chocolate Bars from scratch. That’s right. Guilt-Free Chocolate.

Thanks Lindy! Fair, there is about 160-170 calories per ounce of dark chocolate, depending on the quantity consumed, it is a nice treat :) if it's 100% chocolate, at least it's refined sugar free :) Enjoy!
