You will love these Heavenly Hunk Bars! All you need is 7 simple ingredients to make these easy-no bake chocolate chip oat squares that are my copycat version of Heavenly Hunks from Costco! They are easy to whip up and are a healthy and delicious snack that your family will love! They are also vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free. Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats divided
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 up cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

In a small blender or food processor, grind 1 1/3 cup of your oats into a fine powder.
In a large bowl, combine the ground oats with the remaining oats, coconut flakes, , and salt
In a small bowl, mix the agave syrup, melted coconut oil and cashew butter until fully combined.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Press the batter into a parchment lined pan and freeze it for 1-2 hours. Cut into squares.
Store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
