  • 2 apples
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar

  • 1 Tsp cinnamon spice

Then, cut the apples into small squares. In a hot pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter and add the cut apples, coconut sugar, cinnamon, good drizzle of hot honey, lemon juice and cook for about 5 -8 minutes.
To make the crumble topping:
In a Ziplock bag add the @siete churro chips and crumble by mashing them.. Then in a bowl mix in the mashed churro chips, cold butter, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and slivered almonds, and combine all the ingredients together using a fork. This will help they butter to incorporate with the rest of the ingredients.
Get the muffin tin pan ready. First, butter the tortillas and place them in the tin pan, then add 1=2 spoonfuls of the warm apple mix and top with crumble mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. You may Broil for 5 to get a nice brown crumble.
